Top of mind awareness will grow.
You shouldn’t shy away from updating your friends about real estate on your facebook or twitter statuses, of course, unless you are a fake real estate agent!.
Over the past few years that online real estate platforms started their website, They have had a good deal of real estate agents register, now the majority of theses real estate agents do not have a profile picture and they expect consumers to trust them!
An agent is a human being, even if you have a company, your picture is much more powerful than your company logo.
If you mean business, you must have a profile picture and company logo(if you have a company) as a registered real estate agent on their website.
Your listing is more likely to be approved on their site if you have your picture.
Before buyers make that call or send you the message, the first thing they check is your profile, have you sold before? what are past customers saying about you?.
They check those before making that contact!

Attend seminars, learn from your mentors.

When people visit your profile, they should be able to see not only your listings but your blog posts.
You should command respect in your posts.

You can talk about buying processes, mortgage rates, home improvement, selling processes, market conditions, just to mention a few.
