On Rewards….
We all want to be “Successful”; we want to drive Mercedes-Benz and enjoy some of the luxuries that Life has to offer.
The question is not whether You will buy Benz…
The question is CAN YOU DO WHAT THE PEOPLE that are driving Benz are doing?
Legit or otherwise, I have friends on both axes and I have INSIGHTS into the things they do..
For instance,
Can You wake up in your house, nobody is chasing You and You carry your car, travel across states to meet total strangers in their offices and CONVINCE them to patronize your products/services?
Can You LOSE SLEEP just because You are trying to think up mass market solutions for problems You did not create in the first place?
On the other axis… Can You leave your house in Akure or Ibadan and travel via VPN to the USA and start empathizing with an old American Lady whose family have abandoned to pursue the American dream and needs a Young African Prince from Wakanda as her “LOVER”? ?
Edakun, I am not trying to justify the use of “Yahoo” mail and Google’s “G” facilities o… before You people come to a “NAIRA MARLEY” my upcoming career.
What I am trying to say is that in most cases, YOUR REWARDS are DIRECT PROPORTIONAL to IMPORTANCE OF THE YOU SOLVE; well except your village, people have found a way to change the equation to INVERSELY PROPORTIONAL.
My Uncle Elon Musk is the highest paid CEO in the world.. Why?
Because the MAGNITUDE of the problems he is solving the 201 Million of us here plus our Village people and Daddy GOs are not solving it….
From PayPal to TESLA to SolarCity to Hyperloop to Space X, every single has been a hit back to back..
What is the morale of the story?
Whenever You meet people who seem to be enjoying some “LUXURY”, don’t be having ENVY-INDUCED Stomach Ache..Think on the flip side, What are they doing? How did they get to where they were?
I advice You to do LEGIT shii sha.. the Eagle is Watching.. So that the NAIRA in your CAREER, will not be MARLEYED..
