“Guns are issued by Police to individuals under license. You cannot have all guns because we give licensed guns to individuals who feel their lives are under threat, only when they apply. The guns should be properly licensed and be kept within the confinement of your home and must not be carried about unnecessarily. Anybody that unlawfully carries a gun must be arrested and be prosecuted according to the law”, she stated.
She included that authorized or not, superstar or not, no one is allowed to move around with firearms, which was most likely Small Doctor was captured.
